I currently weigh in at 118. I'm 18 and 5'2.
I'm just looking to tone my stomach, legs, butt, arms, and anywhere else I can lose a few inches.
Basically, I want to be happy with the way I look in a bikini. I'm in no way doing any of this through anorexia or bulimia. I'm just trying to become more healthy in the way I eat and tone my body.
I want to be able to be more self-confident and less self-conscious.
I don't have a goal weight. Just whenever I reach that feel good weight.
